Target stores have some great bargain bins where you can find items for a dollar to three dollars. You can find everything here from craft items to pencils to even some hats and other items. You will never know what you'll find in these bins and they can sometimes be really surprising.

One of the best things that has happened recently, even though they can cost a bit more, is that parents have started using things other than baskets for their children's Easter gifts.
